Opportunity
We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our HR Team.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Management of the entire recruitment and selection process, from job advertisement posting to the preparation of employment offers
- Design, organization, and management of training programs
- Support in personnel management
- Management of internships, school-to-work programs, and relationships with educational institutions and universities
- HR Project management
To be successful in this role you'll need to have:
- Degree in Law, Economics, Psychology or a related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in the role
- Excellent communication, organizational and teamwork skills
- Fluency in both Italian and English
Nice to have:
- Experience in the metalworking industry
- Knowledge of CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria
