Together, our broad portfolio of brands offers a complete range of products to bring great coffee and vending products to our ~10,000 customers serving consumers across hotels, restaurants, office buildings, public spaces, and more.   Opportunity We are looking for a Group EHS Manager Objective of the position is developing, implementing, and managing health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures within the organization. This role ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements, promotes a safety culture, and leads the continuous improvement of EHS performance across all business operations.   Your responsibilities will be: Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling EHS activities across all Group sites and ensuring compliance with internal and external EHS standards, regulations, and policies. You will be also responsible for the correct application of safety standards and procedures. You will promote prevention and the adoption of mandatory and improvement measures in all areas of safety, environment, and worker health and hygiene. You will actively work to foster a culture of safety, including through coaching Managers and safety officers. Your key responsibilities will be: - Development and Implementation of Health, Safety, and Environmental Policies; - Risk management; - Training and development; - Monitoring and reporting; - Stakeholder engagement; - Continuous improvement To be successful in this role you'll need to have: - Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field; - Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a senior EHS role, preferably at a multi-site or group level; - In-depth knowledge of EHS regulations and standards; - RSPP qualification (D. Lgs. 81/08) – ATECO4 sector; - Strong leadership and management skills; - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; - Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights; - Fluency in English; - Strong ethical standards and commitment to safety and environmental protection; - Ability to influence and drive change across diverse teams and locations; - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; - Proactive and able to work independently. Nice to have: - Proficient in EHS software and reporting tools.; - Proven experience in developing and implementing EHS management systems. Objective of the position is the design, development, and management of electronic board projects for Autocoffee, S&F and Small Super automatic ranges. This includes the complete design of actuator boards and supervising co-design projects with external suppliers for SBC+Touchscreen assemblies   Your responsibilities will be: - Development of analog and digital hardware for electronic boards - HW/SW integration for electronic boards, drafting related specifications, and validation tests - Drafting product specifications for HW components in case of outsourced design activities - Drafting test specifications for HW components - Analyzing faults and malfunctions reported from the field To be successful in this role you'll need to have: - Degree in engineering, preferably in Electronics - At least 10 years of experience in the role - Excellent knowledge of analog, digital, and power design - Good knowledge of using AC/DC converters - Proficiency in using Altium CAD software for creating electrical schematics and layouts - Good knowledge and use of laboratory instruments (oscilloscope, multimeter, test equipment) - Good knowledge of using brushed DC motors, brushless motors, and stepper motors, as well as inductive/optical sensors, etc - Teamwork skills and predisposition to work in multidisciplinary environments.  - Precision and autonomy in executing assigned tasks - Fluent in English Nice to have: - Experience gained in the role of an electronic designer in companies where the complexity of electronics in products is comparable or more advanced. - Good understanding of EMI/EMC issues and aspects related to EN60335 safety standards.
