Opportunity
We are looking for a Key Accounts Manager
Objective of the position is to acquire new International Key Accounts (Roasters, Operators, Caterers, Chains).
Your responsibilities will be:
- Actively prospect and build a qualified pipeline of leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other prospecting methods
- Schedule and lead meetings and presentations to pitch our products/services and close new deals
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing to secure new business
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure successful onboarding and retention of new clients
To be successful in this role you'll need to have:
- Degree in Economics or related fields
- At least 3/5 years of experience in the role
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong prospecting and lead generation abilities
- Experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
- Ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships
- In-depth knowledge of the Coffee industry and competitive landscape
- Fluent in English
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of a second foreign language
- Previous work experience in the coffee industry
- Experience in commercial roles gained abroad
