Together, our broad portfolio of brands offers a complete range of products to bring great coffee and vending products to our ~10,000 customers serving consumers across hotels, restaurants, office buildings, public spaces, and more.   Opportunity We are looking for a Sales Manager for the English-speaking African countries.    Your responsibilities will be: - Generating sales of Evoca products in the assigned countries via dealers and direct sales - Developing new customer- and dealer relationships - Implementation of agreed commercial policies  - Monitoring and achieving defined budget objectives  - Interfacing with counterparts and commercial technicians respectively for order management and any technical issues  - Participation in trade fairs with management of clients, dealers, and some key clients   To be successful in this role you'll need to have: - At least 5 years of experience in sales/marketing, ideally in our industry and/or in the assigned countries  - Ability to comfortably connect with a wide array of existing and potential customers and stakeholders - High degree of proven accountability and ability to autonomously manage one's time  - Self-starter, and proven ability to deliver results. A "hunting" mindset - Passion for coffee and ability to understand the basic workings of a coffee- and vending machine - Internal communication skills: oral and written communication with colleagues and supervisors (reports, tables, PowerPoint presentations...) - Data analysis skills and ability to make forecasts (forecasting, budgeting, potential of new products...) - Knowledge of basic concepts such as Income Statement, Gross Profit, Sales Budget, and management control is appreciated. - Fluent in English, good knowledge of Italian. The knowledge of Afrikaans will be considered a plus   Nice to have: - General knowledge of mechanics and electronics at a hobbyist level - Passion for and cultural affinity to English-speaking Africa   What we offer: - Permanent full-time contract - Benefits: smart working, competitive reward system   Workplace: Valbrembo (BG). Opportunity We are looking for a Sales Back Office. Objective of the position is the complete management of the OTD (Order to Delivery) process. Your responsibilities will be: - Order portfolio management for the assigned area - Working closely with departments involved in the process (Sales Manager, Planning, Shipping, Administration) - Managing customer relationships and subsidiaries support  To be successful in this role you'll need to have: - Degree in Foreign Languages, Economics or related fields - Experience, even brief, in customer service activities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work based on priorities and objectives. - Fluent in English and good knowledge of Italian. The knowledge of another foreign language will be considered a plus.
