Opportunity
We are looking for a Supply Planning Coordinator.
The objective of the position is to lead and optimize the production planning processes for finished products, ensuring the required level of service demanded by the commercial sector, while also respecting production constraints and maintaining appropriate levels of raw materials and finished products in stock.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Manage a team of Planners dedicated to one (or more) production site; lead and supervise the staff, providing training and performance evaluations.
- Analyze and plan items purchased from 3° parties
- Coordinate with the different departments to align production plans with inventory targets
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on production status and resolve issues
- Act as entry point for special requests and Commercial necessities
- Analyze KPI's to improve the outputs
- Participate in projects / propose actions to improve the service level and obtain efficiencies
- Communicate with team members and management to provide status updates and implement improvements
To be successful in this role you'll need to have:
- Degree in Engineering, Economics or a related field
- At least 4 years of experience in Supply Chain/Production Planning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Team-working attitude
- Fluent in professional English (both written and spoken)
Nice to have:
- Proficiency in supply chain management software
- Experience in scheduling production for assembly lines
- Experience in structured, international and multi-site companies
