Opportunity
We are looking for a Legal Counsel.
Objective of the position is to provide strategic legal advice and support on a wide range of corporate issues within the legal team of Evoca S.p.A., the parent company of Evoca Group.
You will work closely with internal teams and provide legal counsel on contracts, regulatory compliance, corporate matters, and other legal areas relevant for the company.
Your responsibilities will be:

Legal advice

Contract management and negotiation

Regulatory compliance

Dispute management

Support for business operations (including strategic initiatives, new projects and acquisitions)

Internal training and consulting
To be successful in this role you'll need to have:

Law degree

At least 4 or 5 years of experience in a similar role or in a law firm with international clients

Excellent communication skills

Confidentiality

Ability to work effectively with a multifunctional team

Fluent professional English (both written and spoken)
Nice to have:

Previous experience in a metalworking company

Knowledge of the legal dynamics in a multi-site company

Previous experience in training on legal topics
